The principles objectives of this book are to provide an introduction to commercial broiler production in Indian farming conditions, its scientific base and economic perspective. In this book, subject starts from history and development, going thorough systems of rearing, feeding and health management, and ends in economics of commercial broiler production. It also throws some light on application of Good Husbandry Practices (GHP) in improving the broiler welfare in commercial production environments.
