Prelude to Pakistan
The word Pakistan had not been heard of before 1930. In 1940 it was adopted by All India Muslim League as its official aim. In 1947 it appeared as a new state. Obviously such a rapid growth leading to such spectacular success must have sprung from roots deeper than purely political motives and stretching far beyond the twentieth century. But simultaneously one can not deny the fact that it was the consolidation of AH India Muslim League during 1936 to 1943, ultimately paved the way for the creation of new state of Pakistan in 1947. In the present work various factors and circumstances leading to the consolidation of the Muslim League and consequently formation of Pakistan are being analysed objectively.
