Public policy discourses in recent decades have exhibited increased recognition of the critical importance of education as a key driver of a nations well being both at social and economic realm. The present book examines critical issues relating to the attainment of human development through the public provisioning of equitable inclusive and quality education particularly at the primary level and the hindrances there in.
