Women in Nepal Some Statistical Facts

The purpose of this publication is to bring the statistical facts about women of Nepal into limelight on economic activity status. It includes indicators on economically active populationa nd types of activities carried out during 12 months reference period which has been disaggregated by sex up to the VDCs/Municipalities levels of the country. These information are derived from the data collected under population Census 2001.
