"In this book, for the first time an attempt is made to reconstruct the doctrine of the Third School of Purvamimamsa of Murari Misra. Very little is known about it. What is available is only a few fragments of his commentary on Jaiminisutras and reference to his views in other Indian logico-philosophical texts, in the form of Purvapaksa.
