Present book is a selective collection of eleven research papers on various topics written over a period of ten years. It is like a scholar’s apprenticeship. The book covers a wide range of subjects dealing with literature and society. It is an honest attempt to deal with different literary and social topics from critical and research point of view. Some of these papers are presented in different seminars and conferences. Some papers are also published in conference proceedings. These critical essays are collected in the form of a reference book for scholars and academicians and hope it would provide an intellectual enrichment to the readers.
