Section two the Dictionary portion, the main body of the volume, contains precise definitions and descriptions of about four hundred constitutional and parliamentary terms. The approach is comparative with focus on Indian theory and practice. Section three presents information about major constitutional functionaries and national symbols. Section four deals with major dates and events since the first sitting of the Constitutional Assembly.
