From the Preface: Human is the best creation of nature. From the prehistoric era to till, human always struggled for their existence with various natural factors including disease. Ahar (diet), Nidra (sleep) and Brahamcharya (celibacy) are the basic three sub-pilars, human get affected by illnesses or diseases. That diseases are either physical or mental or both.
