From the Foreword: "This manual attempts to serve the academic needs in the field of special education and rehabilitation. An effort has been made to fill in the gaps that existed, by preparing the manuals that would be simple in approach, easy to understand and serving the students needs. The manual attempts to consciously follow the course syllabus and in the process explore the general and disability specific issues."
