Chef Michael Swamy is a food stylist, travel photographer and writer based in Mumbai, India. A graduate of the prestigious Cordon Bleu Culinary School, London, Michael worked with several Michelin Star chefs. He is also the author of The East Indian Kitchen which won the Gourmand Award in 2012 in the Best Indian Cookbook (Technical) category. He has also recently directed and handled the food aspects of a video series on Yahoo! Lifestyle called Vikas@Home, featuring Vikas Khanna.
Mugdha Savkar is a food stylist and food researcher. She has been involved in the theoretical aspects of many projects like cookery books, restaurant consultancy and television shows like MasterChef India 1 & 2, Ravinder’s Kitchen (on TLC) and Fox Traveller’s Twist of Taste 3 with Vikas Khanna.
