This book presents selected papers on "Demographic Dividend and Employment: Policy Measures and Challenges", contributed at the 95th annual conference of the Indian Economic Association in 2012.

Collectively they cover a wide range of recent issues and diverse aspects related to demographic changes, its dividend and challenges and policy measures could move these changes in appropriate direction for rapid development process.
