A type of career plays an important role in ones life. An individual gives almost 10-12 hours in a day to his/her career. It is very important for an individual to be very careful. While making plans for career especially ion the 21st century, where competition is very tough. The role of career counselor has become very important.
In this book, I have described how personality variables such as self-concept and locus of control affect career maturity. A career counselor should study these variables of an individual, while doing career counseling.(jacket)
