Communication is an integral part of our life. It is intertwined with almost all the activities undertaken by an individual. What has to be ensured is that communication process is effectively utilized in dissemination of much-needed information and conveying the technical know-how to have-nots. But it is vital to stimulate their awareness, participation and capability. Effective communication skills and technologies are central to this task.
