Section 1 is on general guidelines which include learning communication skills, learning history taking skills, general guidelines on how to perform and exami¬nation and recording and presenting clinical notes. While Sections 2 to 11 are on specific subjects. The presentation of diseases in elderly varies from adult, so the students, residents, fellows and doctors must have to understand it.
