The book entitled advances in ‘Indigenous Dairy Products’ is based on the works and findings of different eminent scientists working in the dairy sector with a view to introduce the different milk products prepared through indigenous technology in the particular area viz. milk sweets of Varanasi is not aware by many people of this state itself.
