Recognising the importance of inter-faith relations in a pluralistic country like India, this book attempts to present the reality of inter-religious relations in India – problems and challenges, possibilities and prospects with a concrete suggestion. The book narrates how thousands and thousands of precious lives had been perished due to inter-faith clashes on one hand, and the attempts made by various religious organisations, communities and individuals towards securing inter-faith harmony in India on the other hand. The book also discusses the contribution of evangelical Christians towards inter-faith relations which is neglected in academic writings.
