"About 20 per cent of the children are above average in the total population of children. They are called gifted or bright children. Their intelligence quotient is about 90 and goes up to 110. These children need special attention of the educators.

Special methods of teaching are needed for them. They have to be given more work and teaching learning should be made more exciting for them." (jacket)
