Kinesiology is referred to as the scientific study of the human body when it performs various activities in his day-to-day life. It is generally considered as a science or source of study of human organs pertaining to their movements and underlying principles of dynamics of physics. Activity of human body and limbs change accordingly to the time of requirements. This we feel in the change of ability, potentiality movement and its kinds of activity.
