The importance of mental health is nothing new in the history of human kind. As described earlier human being have mainly two kinds of health-physical or physiological and mental or psychological. The physical health is more because of body constitution individual system, and impact of environmental condition including social psychological reasons. Mental health, on the other hand, is because of one\'s perception of the surrounding or environment, individuals personality characteristics and motivation as well as aspirations. It is an individuals adjustment to his circumstances is biological and psychological needs and adjustment with others in the society. Inability to adjust with the needs and environment is the reflection on the mental health of a person. Thos who are unable to adjust fail to cope and show unacceptable behaviors have poor mental health. (jacket)
