"The present study brings out an interesting comparative perspective in the realm in the realm of motivation leadership and impact of motivation on leadership between a Government General Hospital of Andhra Pradesh and a private manufacturing organization. Chapter one deals with the introductory aspects of motivation and leadership. Chapter two deals with the theories of motivation and leadership.
