This festschrift comprises a beautiful garland, a Sumanomala of sixteen flowers in the form of sixteen learned papers by the investigator and a charming bouquet, a Puspastabaka of nine flowers in the form of nine poetic compositions by renowned poets covering diverse aspects of Indology mainly centering upon Fauna : Animal and Bird Kingdom in Sanskrit Literature. The five sections of this presentation volume deal with various cultural, literary, musicological, environmental and technical scientific problems concerned with Fauna : Animal and Bird Kingdom based on Ancient Indian texts.
