The book is a socio-psychological and anthropological approach to the change of personality owing to change of culture. The phenomena of acculturation in the context of Meeteis of Manipur migrated to different regions of North East India at different point of time was explored extensively using several standardised psychological tools and test. Besides North East India, Meeteis have moved into Bangladesh and Myanmar Burma as well. This book will be of helpful to the students and scholars of psychology, diaspora and area studies.
