"Planning is the process of setting goals, developing strategies and outlining tasks and schedules to accomplish the goals. Good planning is one of the most important elements of coaching. During the process of training, coaches need to prepare different types of training plans, which is one of the most difficult tasks to be solved in every stage of long term training.
