"Wrestling is considered to one of the oldest game which originated in ancient Greece. It is the finest forms of exercise which brings all the muscles of body and is a wonderful mental sti-mulant. There are two forms of wrestling--Free-style and Greco-Roman. In Greco-Roman Wrestling use of legs is prohibited and a 39ft. 41/4 in 12 m square mate is used in competition. Each bout is contested over 3x3 minute rounds unless a victory is obtained before that.
Play and Learn Wrestling is an important contribution in field of the game. The present study is consisted of basic, intermediate and advanced skills, techniques, strategies which are framed in a lucid form and in simple English that a learner or professional may learn this wonderful sport.
