Meditation is totally dependent on practical. Through reading only zeal for it can be strengthened but without practical even the smallest bit of meditation can not be achieved. Meditation can be done on any lower topics also but it must be well synchronized steps by step logically and rationally to reach on some destination. Meditation yields results when supervised by a self realized master or Guru provided he or she is not a business tycoon of religion or God. At one place in The Holy Bible Lord Christ says, There will be many self styled preachers of God. Who will claim themselves to be the sole contractors of God. It will be difficult to recognize real ones among them.

It gives me immense pleasure to present you my second book on Yoga subject. Meditation is part and parcel of yoga (union of Soul and god)

Though this is a small book but it is a unique book. All aspects ancient as well as modern, of meditation have been given in the book. Prana (Breath) is the only link between life and death so some methods of a Pranayama have also been given in the book because without Pranayama fruit of meditation is a distant dream. Eleven methods in specific sequence have been given to be practiced through which advanced as well as beginners in meditation can benefit.(jacket)
