"This book is an attempt to document and analyse the context and content of Bangladesh\'s initiation, participation and payoff in relation to South Asian Association of Regional Cooperation (SAARC). This study is premised on the idea that regionalism is general and its institutional expression in particular represent attempts to advance and secure foreign policy goals.
