Research in Indian Languages

This book brings together the papers presented in the seminar on “Research in Indian Languages: Problems and Prospects, by eminent scholars of various languages like Sanskrit, Pali, Hindi, Marathi, Sindhi and Urdu at a seminar organized by the Oriental Institute, The M.S. University of Baroda, Vadodara (Gujarat) on 22nd January 2014. The topics included in the present book widely cover the research perspectives and problems occurring in different fields in various Indian languages and literature. This collection will certainly give solution to many problems of research as well as open up new discussion leading to new results. The problems of research and new areas of research discussed at full length in the present collection of papers brings to light many new opportunities and creates awareness about the challenges that the humanities faces today in the era of rapidly growing technology.
