All children have unique capacities opinions and needs and have their own styles of learning. The capacity to learn does not depend on the impairment of a child but on the potential and the way that the child is enabled and encouraged to develop this potential. All the children in the classroom benefit from more child centered flexible and creative approaches. The success of integration however depends on the attitudes of teachers school administration and society at large. Students attitudes towards the integration of the children with special needs are crucial as integration has to take place among normal children. The purposes of this study were to determine the level of classroom climate study habit achievement motivation parent child relationship students and teachers attitudes  towards inclusive and teachers competency in dealing with children with special needs. This book is intended as reference book for professional social workers and special teachers working in the school settings to understand the problems of these children. Social Workers will have to develop an effective prevention programme which will reduce the drop out of children with special needs in the mainstream education.
