Dr. S. Radha Krishnan was one of the most recognised and influential Indian thinkers in academic circles. He was an academic philosopher and statesman. He has been held up in academic circles as a representative of Hinduism to the West. He endeavoured his utmost to define defend and promulgate his religion which he variously identified as Hinduism. He published many works and delivered so many speeches on various occasions.

The endeavour on the part of editor has been deliberately made to provide an accumulative shape to almost all the famous speeches and writings of Dr. S. Radha Krishnan which are his own ideas thoughts and views in his own words.
