In this chapter, each running events viz., middle distance running, steeplechase, relays races, road races and cross-country races are separately described with their skills, training tactics, playing techniques and strategies along with their relevant court diagrams.
In the last chapter, all the latest rules of the running events are described with their court dimension and upgraded version.
