Pakistan also helps the militants group to sneak into Indian Territory under the garb of unprovoked firing across the border. These dreaded militants in turn indulge in subversive activities in which innocent lives are taken and property damaged. President also reacted on Pakistan’s theory of “non State Actors” and said that these actors didn’t come from heaven. They are Pakistani National; they receive training in terrorist camps established in Pakistan and PoK. They are provided with logistic support in shape of latest modern weapons by Pakistani Army including latest communication gadgets. Pakistan occupied Kashmir is run by a ‘deep state’ and has become an epicenter of terrorism. Its (Pakistan’s) human rights record in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir and Baluchistan is deplorable. Terror training camps have been thriving in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) for years, according to people living across the area who have shown resentment to Pakistan’s intelligence agency ISI for having made their region a haven for anti-social elements. Locals in Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) have launched a massive agitation against political and military leadership of Pakistan, for trying to convert PoK into a terror factor by creating terror camps. Residents of Hajira in PoK are demanding freedom from Pakistan and have accused the civilian leadership of Pakistan and Army of nurturing terrorism in their territory by giving safe havens to them. Pressure on Pakistan has been building up but civilian leadership in Islamabad is indifferent and continues to support and oil terror machinery in Pakistan occupied Kashmir.
