Karthik Dharamkar has graduated in B.Sc. Agriculture and M.Sc. Agricultural Extension from College of Agriculture- Rajendranagar of ANGRAU- Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension Education at ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana.

Hema Sarat Chandra. N completed his M.Sc. Agriculture in Extension Education from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. By securing UGC JRF he has done his Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension education from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana. Presently, he is working as teaching faculty for Agricultural Extension at College of Horticulture, Anantharajupeta, Dr.Y.S.R. Horticultural University, Andhra Pradesh. He has developed ATMA Coordination Index (ACI) and Group Dynamics Index (GDI) to measure the coordination of ATMA and group dynamics of farmer interest groups under ATMA. He has published research articles in national as well as international journals in agriculture and rural development sectors.
Gajanand Palve has graduated in B.Sc. Agriculture from Agricultural College- Jagtial of Acharya N. G. Ranga Agricultural University Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Thereafter, he has attended to Bidhan Chandra Krishi Vishwavidyalaya (BCKV), Mohanpur, West-Bengal and completed his M.Sc. Agriculture in Agricultural Extension. He has secured ICAR SRF in Agricultural Extension and presently pursuing Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension education from ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana. He has specialised in studying technology adoption behaviour of farmers.
Niketha L has graduated in B.Sc. Agriculture from College of Agriculture, Shimoga under UAS, Bengaluru and M.Sc. Agricultural Extension from College of Agriculture, Pune, under MPKV, Rahuri. She has completed Ph.D. in Agricultural Extension Education at ICAR-National Dairy Research Institute (NDRI), Karnal, Haryana. She has developed a dairy women empowerment index and worked related to aspiration analysis of female students.
