This book approaches thermodynamics and heat transfer in a unifying and integrated way. The early chapters are concerned with the First, Second and Third Laws of Thermodynamics, thermodynamic cycles and other topics in classical thermodynamics. Then follow sections on heat transfer and, finally, a succinct introduction to statistical thermodynamics.
