The period covered is of more than two decades. If we browse through the pages of historical sequence and land up unto the life and the people. This carries move significance in the sense that the Indian National Congress witnessed the inauguration of a new phase in Indian nationalism. The new upsurge did influence the people and their ideology and this fact remained a new socio-economic change.

Indeen period of Lord Ripon, Lord Curzon and Minto Morley reforms did have much socio economic and political impact of the period. The coming years from 1909 onward have much bearing on this period.
