Towards Thirty Thousand Crores-a sequel to TTC is a personal memoir of the Industrial Development Secretary of Uttaranchal. The author documents the process of getting industrial investments to the state. He is rather candid in discussing the difficulties and the roadblocks, because unexpected and unanticipated problems often disturb the timelines that have been set. But then the challenge is to win amidst the unexpected unknowns, for the credo was we will either find a way, or make one.
