Tripura witnessed the liberation movement and war of Bangladesh in many ways. The soil of Tripura like other bordering states of India has been Militarily very much strategic for its geographical position. A number of training camps for the Mukti Bahini and the Mukti Fouz were set up at different parts of Tripura and a good number of Military actions were operated from Tripura to strike the Pak-Military Junta which was very much successful in its attempts.

Based on empirical research findings of the author, this book documents the facts and actions of Bangladesh liberation movement from the perspective of Tripura in categorical manner.
