Considering this the book has been designed in such a way that it highlights both the text as well as the VCF growth in unorganized environment with case studies of Assam and Karnataka. In order to gain experience of VCF in the state where venture capital financing has experienced success up to global standard, the state of Karnataka has been selected for gaining experience on VCF vis-a-vis the kind of growth and diffusion of human and social Capital there. Karnataka has been selected because of its agrarian economy prior to the IT boom like that of the prevailing economy of Assam which is predominantly agriculture based and rural in nature.
